Karen Liptak, Admissions Advisor, displays her ribbons that she won at the Canfield Fairgrounds in Ohio for the carrot weighing the most. She also received a ribbon for the largest beet. Carrots, beets, tomatoes, brussels sprouts, parsnips and berries are only a few of what Karen plants each spring in her garden. She accredits the success of her garden to her trainer that Karen says is constantly researching organic gardening. Karen has been with Dr. Yozwick and AIHT for the past 10 years. She also operates her own private aerobic studio in Struthers, Ohio, which has been in operation for the past 15 years. Karen also enjoys running and racing on weekends with her trainer. Karen is pictured at the Youngstown Peace Race that draws many international elite runners.
